Hi, I’m Claire,
founder and director of Full Potential.

I help businesses create positive workplace cultures
that reduce burnout and support people to get
better at what they do.

At work, and in real life.

I'll bring out the best in your brilliant people.

I’m an organiser, a planner, a mediator, a facilitator, a designer. I notice things. I like to understand how they work.

I’ve worked in multiple industries designing and delivering training on key operational skills, communication, wellbeing, and leadership.

All essential stuff, but not game changing when delivered ad-hoc or reactively. Often, though, 'one quick project' would turn into long relationships where I’d help teams reinvigorate their experience of collaborating to do great work.

While digging around to learn processes and protocols, when getting to know operational efficiencies and exec communication styles, I’d pick up on what else was going on in the organisation. And I noticed the same patterns repeating. Frustrated good intentions. Disconnected front line teams. Simmering resentments over hierarchies and patch protection that cripples team effectiveness.

I also noticed that, in Every Single Case, the organisation had all the ability and perspective they needed already in their people. The reason most workplaces don’t harness it is down to the way they lead and facilitate teams, and that, more than any other factor, is the base of your culture.

Where I make the difference for you is in bridging gaps between different disciplines and fields of knowledge. I quickly grasp, synthesize, and communicate complex ideas across silos and long-standing sulks. I polish up people's unique brilliance for their colleagues to see, appreciate, and finally leverage.

How to speed and smooth the positive transformation curve

Trust first.

To truly harness the wisdom already in your team, you need to demonstrate and foster trust.
Psychological safety is the foundation of all else.

When we trust we can focus on working as a ‘we’, without the concern for the safety of ‘me’. And THEN people can actually start collaborating towards shared and complimentary goals.
And identify potential for new, expanded opportunities.

Diversity of thought means we will sometime disagree. That’s OK.

In fact it's better than OK. MUCH better.

Business knows that diversification protects your bottom line. Diversity of perspective is one of your greatest assets.

With psychological safety established, we can focus on surfacing and role modelling positive, productive ways of dealing with conflict and disagreement. That’s when we get to real commitment. Not eye-rolling. Not suppressed frustration.

No ‘malicious compliance’. Just people, working together, learning to be better from each other.
As a compulsive systems thinker, faintly obsessed with organisation and efficiency, I’ll help you identify how everything fits together and find ways to make things run smoothly. If there’s a process to improve, I can show you how to spot it, and how to improve it, with your people.

Rewild your workplace for a scaled, sustainable, productive continuous development program across multiple layers of the organization. Your people acquire the experience, wisdom, connections and skills to continue feeding back into the cycle of team members coming through. Driving your business to new heights.

It doesn’t need to be complicated. The process flexes to fit.

I get results through your people, helping you co-create a workplace they are proud to contribute to. I’ll show you how to turn complex ideas into simple, clear messages. Whether it’s explaining things to different teams or creating a plan, I’ll help you get everyone on the same page.

With you and with your people, I’ll help your team and your workplace get future fit.
